Conditions for the use of Talenthub (T&Cs)
1. Introduction

Our mission is to help candidates prepare for their next job interview and to help them successfully land their next job. Our service is designed to promote opportunities for the candidate and our members by giving them access to valuable tools, videos, questionnaires, etc. which in turn helps them to prepare better for the next step in their career.

It is important for us that you take your time to read these terms where we will inform you about the handling of your personal information. The privacy policy describes what information we are gathering and with whom we potentially are sharing personal information with.

When you use Talenthub’s services you will get a personal user profile which forms the basis for all the services you can get through Talenthub. You are therefore not anonymous to us – we must be able to help you use the services – but you can be anonymous to everyone else.

Data and the processing of personal data is part of our DNA, and we have always taken good care of that type of information. We understand how important it can be to remain anonymous. You can therefore trust that we process your information in a secure, confidential and, for you, transparent manner.

2. The data controller

The data controller is:

Talenthub.io A/S

3. When you create a user on Talenthub

When you create a user profile, or have one created automatically in connection with registering for one of our services, we save your name and email address.

The purpose of the registration is of course so Talenthub can offer you services that are as relevant to you as possible, and since your user profile is the starting point for all your services with us, it is a good idea to keep it updated.

Deleting user profile
When you wish to delete your user profile yourself, your user profile will be marked for deletion for 3 months. It is then permanently deleted. The reason for this is to minimise the risk of misregistered deletions.

How to correct/delete your user profile
You can delete your profile at any time by contacting Talenthub at contact@talenthub.academy to let them know that you wish to delete your profile. After that, we only store the personal data that we may be obliged to according to applicable legislation.

4. When you answer interview questions

When you choose to answer interview questions, Talenthub stores the questions and answers that you type into our interview practice tool, with your user ID. This is to be able to allow you to access the information later if you wish to review it. We therefore need to keep the data associated with your user to provide a 'personalised experience'. If you decide to delete the data in the UI, we will dissociate it with you, but might store it for training our models, or for analytic purposes.

To protect your privacy, please refrain from entering any personal identifying information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) in open text fields when answering practice questions
